2010 Les Paul TV Model Replica, this is a hand built exact replica of a late 50’s double cutaway TV model. I used the choicest piece of mahogany on this one, the wood was over 100 years old and came from a machinest / pattern makers shop that closed down after 150 years in business, a very resonant loud piece of wood, this also has a vintage 1961 P-90 pickup and a real late 50’s bumble bee tone cap, one piece neck, Brazilian rosewood board, correct vintage style single layer tortise pickguard. although the pics don’t show it well, the color is a true vintage style TV yellow the grain showing through the color, also has correct style Kluson tuners and lightweight nickel plated aluminum tailpiece with correct large stud bushings. |
