Moderne’s. It is exact to Gibson specs, fretboard is a NOS Gibson made fretboard, new Gibson 498t and 500r pickups, 1 1/16 nut width, body is 90 % one piece with the added tip of the upper wing being expertly
matched to appear as a one piece body, not the very cool grain pattern this left on the upper side and lower rim of the body. new Gotoh bridge and lightweight aluminum tailpiece, bridge has been lightly ground on
the bottom to allow for the lowest action. New Kluson single ring,single line gold tuners. The neck is one piece korina ( with the correct added side wings ) real holly headstock overlay, the logo is a repro but the
correct holes have been drilled under the logo to allow a real Gibson factory logo to be installed at a later time. comes with an early 70’s Explorer case that has had the inner compartment moved forward about
1/2 inch to fit the Moderne, the case now fits like a glove, the outer two latches on the case have been replaced, hinges and handle are in excellent shape. Call or email for any further details. |
